OROA products are not yet available for sale. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no sale is concluded through it. Everything shown is subject to change before launch.

Product information is a development target

Flavours, ingredient lists, nutrition values, functional claims, pack formats, pricing and launch locations described on this site are development targets, not final specifications. Final formulations, labelling and any claims will be confirmed in compliance with Health Canada and Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements before any product is sold. Indicative pricing is subject to confirmation with retail partners.

Product and lifestyle visuals on this site are AI-generated concept renderings. They are not photographs of final packaging, and the people depicted are not real customers and are not endorsing the product.

Information you submit

When you use the waitlist or retailer form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it, including on behalf of any business you name. How we handle that information is set out in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent entries, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

Intellectual property

The OROA name, logo, brand assets, site design and copy are owned by OROA Canada. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, OROA Canada is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
